This accessibility statement applies to the European National Registers (EUNR) network's eunr.org website. We are committed to making our website accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz (Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities – BGG) and the Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung (Ordinance on Barrier-Free Information Technology – BITV 2.0) implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

The accessibility requirements are derived from sections 3 (1) to (4) and 4 BITV 2.0, which was enacted on the basis of section 12d BGG. Compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment last carried out in March 2026. Based on this assessment, the website is compliant with the aforementioned requirements.

If your issue is not resolved after sending your feedback to the contact mentioned above, you can contact the Arbitration Service pursuant to section 16 Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz (Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities – BGG). The BGG Arbitration Service is responsible for mediating accessibility-related conflicts and aims to achieve out-of-court settlements to disputes. Arbitration is free of charge. Involving legal counsel is not required.
